Advertisement - Administration Assistant

Grade 3, Point 4 (Point Range: 4-6) £26,016 full-time equivalent pro-rata

Actual take home salary is £10,518 for 20 hours / or £13,147 for 25 hours

2 November 2026 or nearest start

To work 20 or 25 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 PDs per year). Permanent contract.

Required for an early November 2026 start, applications are invited for an excellent Administration Assistant to support the Headteacher’s PA, Office Manager and Data Manager with administrative tasks.

The successful candidate must possess the following:

  • excellent administrative skills
  • previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role, having worked at a high level
  • flexible personality, with a strong work ethic
  • ability to use their own initiative and work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • ability to demonstrate composure in challenging situations
  • used to working with confidential data and strong awareness of GDPR protocols.
