Administration Assistant job summary

This role will support the smooth day-to-day running of school office. This is a varied and rewarding role requiring a confident, approachable and solution-focused individual who thrives in a busy environment. As the first point of contact for many of our families, visitors and staff, you will be at the heart of school life and make a significant contribution to our welcoming and supportive school community.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Is proactive, adaptable and professional, demonstrating initiative, discretion and attention to detail.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team and has experience of supporting administrative processes in a busy office environment.
  • Has strong IT skills and is confident using a range of administrative systems and software.
  • Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
