Hawes Down Primary School is a thriving two-form entry primary school and proud member of the IMPACT Multi Academy Trust. We are seeking an exceptional Office Manager with school administration experience to lead our friendly administrative team and support the smooth day-to-day running of our school.
This is a varied and rewarding position requiring a confident, approachable and solution-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for many of our families, visitors and staff, you will be at the centre of school life and make a significant contribution to our welcoming and supportive school community.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Is proactive, adaptable and professional, demonstrating initiative, discretion and attention to detail.
- Enjoys working collaboratively and has experience of leading colleagues and managing administrative processes.
- Shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
