Administration Assistant job summary

We are looking to appoint an experienced Administration Assistant to join our thriving team, who are attentive, friendly and enjoy working with children.
The ideal candidate will:
Have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Share point, Power point) and must be able to multi-task and deal with all matters confidentially and sensitively
Have a positive outlook
Be flexible and willing to adapt in order to work as part of a team
Be willing to attend relevant training
