What skills and experience we're looking for
Temple Hill Primary Academy is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and efficient Administration Assistant & Receptionist to join our professional administration team. This is a fixed term appointment until 31st August 2025.
The role is for37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. The salary is £22,071 full time equivalent, pro-rata to an actual annual salary of £19,153.56 within the Kent Range.
The role will support the day-to-day clerical and administrative functions of the school, using excellent interpersonal skills and an objective approach. With additional responsibilities for the management of the front desk reception of our busy school, ensuring all incoming and outgoing calls are attended to and professionally attending to parents, guests and visitors.
