What skills and experience we're looking for
Would you like to be part of our friendly team? Are you super organised? We are looking for an administrative assistant to join the team at Bramcote College to provide reception, reprographics and administrative support to the school.
The successful candidate will:
- Have excellent communication skills with children, parents, staff, and outside agencies
- Be able to meet deadlines in completing tasks
- Complete general admin duties including (but not limited to) typing, filling, bulk photocopying and taking phone calls
- Have good organisational skills
- Be flexible, adaptable and be able to multitask
- Be proficient with ICT, including Word and Excel
- Have experience of working in a school office or similar environment
