Administrative Assistant (Events) - 30 hours per week during term time only, across five day job summary

The successful candidate will have prior experience of working in an administrative environment and co-coordinating events, although this need not necessarily have been in a school. Flexibility, patience and a polite manner are a must for the post-holder.

The role will more specifically involve coordinating all school events through the pricing, administering, booking processes to ensure the smooth running of planned activities outside of the classroom along with general administration tasks as directed. Applicants should be ICT competent and be familiar with MS Office and e-mail.
