Administrative Assistant Level 3 (Post 16) job summary

Please note that the interviews for this role will take place on Wednesday 1st April 2026.

We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join the Support Staff team at Gosforth Academy, to undertake a variety of admin tasks within our large and growing Sixth Form. You should have a good general education and experience of school administration would be advantageous.

Specific duties will include management of the administrative aspects of:

  • the UCAS system;
  • student admissions and enrolment;
  • student recruitment events;
  • student review appointments.

  • A good working knowledge of SIMS is desirable
