Part time: Working Hours: 37 hours per week / 39 weeks (Term time + 1 week) Working Day: 7.45am to 3.45pm, Monday – Thursday and 7.45am to 3.15pm on Friday (with 30 mins for a break each day)

What skills and experience we're looking for

  • be able to work under general instruction and guidance, handling a range of administrative processes and tasks that are covered by established procedures
  • be able to prioritise their own workload efficiently
  • be able to use Word, Excel, email and other packages effectively
  • be able to input/retrieve information on SIMS
  • have the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • play a part in embedding our shared vision and ethos across all areas of the College
  • be a TCOLC Character role model, embodying our four pillars: Intellectual, Moral, Community and Performance
  • ensure students are well supported to develop the knowledge and behaviours that will enable them to flourish, even in the face of challenges
  • be passionate about working in an inclusive, multi-faith and multi-cultural community and understand the importance of engaging parents/carers and community leaders in the education of our students
  • always act in the best interests of children through ensuring highly effective safeguarding procedures
  • be a team player, who relishes the opportunity to work with colleagues across the whole College
