What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an Administrator to provide support in the SEND team, working in a friendly team between the hours of 8am and 12pm, Monday to Friday.
This role will be adding capacity to the team and will be responsible for providing high quality administrative work that supports staff, students, families and external agencies for the SEND team, including but not limited to;
- Supporting the administration around education health care plans
- Liaising with wider county teams and services
- Directing SEND enquiries from staff and parents to the relevant personnel
- To assist the SENCo/Deputy SENCo in coordinating/arranging the timetables for Teaching Assistants, including where cover is required.
- To coordinate, arrange and prepare elements of the paperwork for annual reviews, IEPs and relational support plans for students with n EHCP.
- To ensure that the records of all students on the SEND register are up to date (including information on SIMS, files, IEPs, SEN audit).
- To prepare tracking information for students on the SEND register.
- Any other relevant administrative tasks to ensure the SEND team are supported.
