Administrator job summary

We are looking to appoint an Administrator to help support our Reception and Professional Services operations on a part-time basis, 5 afternoons a week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a friendly school reception experience, greeting and assisting pupils, parents, staff and visitors entering the school, whilst ensuring compliance with school security and safeguarding policies. They will also support with the smooth running of the HR and Finance functions, including carrying out financial administration and assisting with recruitment.

This varied role will offer the right person the opportunity to be involved with many aspects of school administration. We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic and flexible, who works well with others and is keen to get involved in busy day to day school life. Experience of working in a school in a receptionist or administrator role is desirable, alongside a willingness to be First Aid trained.

Hours of work are 12:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday, term time only.
