About the Role

As an Exams and Admissions Officer, you will play a key role in the smooth and effective running of the academy’s admissions and examinations processes. You will manage pupil records, admissions enquiries, examination entries and results, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with academy and awarding body requirements.

You will be a key point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and external organisations, coordinating examination arrangements, access arrangements, invigilation, communications and certificates. You will also maintain assessment data, produce reports and support the Leadership Team with progress information.

This is a varied and rewarding role requiring excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Is confident using IT systems and office equipment

  • Can multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Is reliable, punctual and professional
