Loddington CE Primary School is established at the heart of a picturesque village community. We strive to provide a holistic and child-centred experience, allowing each and every child to flourish.

Directly influenced by the Christian ethos to love God and our neighbour, our curriculum places these values at the centre of everything we do, to provide many varied opportunities for learning, recognising and developing the abilities, talents and diversity of all. We are proud to celebrate the achievements of every child.

Our dedicated and welcoming team of staff create an inclusive, happy and safe environment, equipping our children with the confidence and skills they need.

Following a recent successful OFSTED inspection in 2023, our school has received a very well-deserved rating of Good, and inspectors commented;

"Staff say leaders are considerate of their workload and well-being...The school is calm. Pupils behave well around school. They are happy and feel safe. One pupil reflected others’ views by saying: ‘The school is a really nice place. Everyone is really friendly."

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an After School Club Assistant, who will provide a safe, inclusive and secure environment for our children after school. We are seeking flexible, innovative and passionate candidates, who are keen on promoting the development, welfare and potential of all children.

We are seeking someone to supervise and support our children enthusiastically while running a variety of sessions. Successful candidates will be committed to safeguarding and the Christian ethos, to build positive and constructive relationships with all stakeholders within our community.

In return, we promise to offer you a friendly, collaborative team, who inspire and support both students and staff alike.
