Afterschool club Assistant

We are seeking to recruit an afterschool club assistant at Buckminster Primary School.

This is a fixed-term position for 1 academic year with the hours 3:20pm - 5:20pm, for the Afterschool Club Assistant, Monday - Thursday (20hpw), term time only (38 weeks). Fixed term for 1 academic year, to end August 2026.

Reporting to the Headteacher, the role of After School Club Coordinator is to provide support in all aspects of running the club, working as part of the team to ensure that children are eating and playing in a safe, friendly environment.

Afterschool Club Assistant Salary: £4,333.35 (FTE £24,033)

Local Government Pension Scheme membership

5.6 weeks paid holiday entitlement rising to 6.44 weeks after 5 years’ continuous service
