What skills and experience we're looking for

The Assistant Head of Year 10 plays a key role within the Student Support Team, working closely with students, families and staff to promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, attendance and academic success. The post holder supports a designated year group by helping to remove barriers to learning, ensuring students receive appropriate interventions and guidance to achieve their full potential.
