What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to recruit an Assistant Headteacher to join us in September 2025. You will join us as our school moves into becoming part of the Isle Education Trust, continuing our journey of improvement and will be a key lead for improvement in teaching and learning. You will be an experienced classroom teacher and will maintain a teaching commitment in upper key stage two for 2.5 days a week. You will have leadership experience of supporting staff development and will have experience of curriculum leadership and assessment.
