What the school offers its staff
While we are located in one of the most deprived areas of Greenwich, our staff choose us because they are driven by a fierce determination to change the trajectory of our children's lives.
In return, we offer a professional home rooted in commitment, resilience, and a shared dedication to excellence. Learning here is a vibrant, exciting experience, spanning from the joy of singing and poetry to sophisticated Shakespearean performances and the arts.
As an inclusive school that thrives on its rich diversity, we provide a truly agile environment where staff are supported through high-quality training and rapid leadership opportunities.
We empower our staff to pioneer new projects and grow their ideas early in their careers, ensuring that those who teach to make a difference have the platform and the tools to do so.

Commitment to safeguarding
As a caring organisation with direct responsibility for children, our first concern must be the welfare of every child in our care. There may be occasions when we have to consult with other agencies even before we contact parents, particularly in relation to child protection concerns. Should this be necessary, then we will ensure that we speak to parents about any concerns that we have raised at an appropriate time. The procedures we follow form part of our statutory duty and have been issued by the Greenwich Safeguarding Children Partnership.
