Key responsibilities
- Support the Head of School in driving school improvement and maintaining high standards
- Lead strategically across key areas of teaching, learning and curriculum development
- Inspire and develop staff through coaching and professional support
- Promote a culture of excellence, inclusion and safeguarding
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, staff and the wider community
- Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the school
