What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher to lead on Behaviour and Standards and join our ambitious and dedicated Senior Leadership Team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader who is passionate about creating a calm, purposeful and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving high standards of behaviour, attendance, attitudes to learning and student culture across the school.
