What skills and experience we're looking for

The governors wish to appoint a kind, intuitive and hard-working Assistant Headteacher for September 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to drive up educational standards, whilst ensuring that all our pupils are safe, happy learners. The main responsibility of this role will be driven by the School Improvement Plan and the abilities of the successful candidate. In the first instance this is a temporary position, and would suit candidates with a wide range of experience across the primary age spectrum. In particular governors are looking for candidates who will help to ensure our most vulnerable pupils make excellent progress.
