Assistant Headteacher - SENDCo job summary

A unique opportunity for an Assistant Headteacher / SENDCo to join our team at Meadowfield Primary School.

This leadership position has strategic responsibility for SEND and provides the opportunity to work within a great team with wonderful children. We have a genuine, supportive network of expertise and collaboration.

This role offers the opportunity to take on team leadership responsibilities alongside the strategic SENDCo lead, providing valuable development opportunities in leading and managing others. With the unique opportunity to be supported by the current SENDCo, who has been promoted to Deputy Headteacher, you will benefit from their first hand knowledge and expertise as you develop and shape the role in your own way. Additionally, you will have access to peer support and wider opportunities for collaborative learning and further development opportunities across our Trust and Red Kite Alliance.
