What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors are seeking to appoint a practising Catholic teacher to work alongside the Headteacher. This post will be class based, with weekly leadership time out of class. The candidate will be:
- An outstanding class teacher
- A highly effective senior leader
- Able to work alongside the headteacher
- Able to actively contribute to the strategic leadership of the school
- Committed to high expectations of achievement and behaviour
- A team player
- Sensitive and fun, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of pupils
