What skills and experience we're looking for

The Governors are seeking to appoint a practising Catholic teacher to work alongside the Headteacher. This post will be class based, with weekly leadership time out of class. The candidate will be:

An outstanding class teacher
A highly effective senior leader
Able to work alongside the headteacher
Able to actively contribute to the strategic leadership of the school
Committed to high expectations of achievement and behaviour
A team player
Sensitive and fun, with excellent interpersonal skills
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of pupils
