The Fusion Academy in Barwell is looking for an exceptional, resilient, and visionary leader to step into the role of Assistant Headteacher (Key Stages 2-5).

We aren't your typical school. We merge the expertise of a highly specialist provision with the ambition of a mainstream curriculum, creating a unique space where autistic young people and those with communication needs truly thrive.

The Role

As our Operational Lead, you will be the driving force behind our daily provision. You will lead a dedicated team that puts pupils at the heart of every decision, ensuring high-quality, deeply personalised learning that guides students toward independence.
