What skills and experience we're looking for
An outstanding candidate is required to join a strong and effective Leadership Team in September 2023. The exact role will be determined upon the appointment of the successful candidate but is likely to involve a brief around whole school personal development.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- QTS
- Degree level qualification (subject specific)
- Able to teach full range of ability 11-16
- Able to create an excellent climate for learning within teaching area
- Able to use a range of strategies to promote learning
- Able to manage and encourage good behaviour
