The Village School is seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher.

This post is a key role in supporting and growing The Village School as part of the Compass Learning Partnership Multi Academy Trust.

The successful applicant will:

• Provide professional leadership and management for the school team and take responsibility for the overall well-being, and happiness of each learner in line with the school’s Vision, Ethos and Values.
• Be responsible for ensuring that every learner has access to and gains maximum benefit from the school’s curriculum, including excellent pastoral support and guidance. They will ensure the highest level of attainment for all learners across the school.
• Be accountable for the Key Stage Progress performance.
