What skills and experience we're looking for
Required for an Easter or September 2023 start, we are seeking to appoint an inspirational and innovative Assistant Principal to join our highly motivated leadership team. This would be an excellent career development opportunity for someone with an ambition to further develop their leadership skills. The role would suit an individual with a proven record of successful leadership at senior or middle level. Training and support will be provided for the successful candidate.
This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic individual, who will play a key role in the Strategic Planning and Leadership of the Academy. The successful candidate will require excellent leadership and management skills alongside the energy and drive to inspire and motivate others.
