You would be working as part of our admin team providing administrative support to the school and specifically the Office Manager and Exams Officer. This is an interesting and varied role for an experienced administrator with good IT and communication skills.

The position is full time (37 hours per week), term time plus 10 days (40 working weeks).

Our new colleague will also benefit from being part of Ormiston Academies Trust, a MAT of 43 primary and secondary academies. The Trust’s vision is for all young people to have access to the highest academic, social and practical skills required to achieve their full potential. OAT support all staff so that they can enhance and develop their professional skills whatever their role within the trust.

Our ideal candidate would have:

  • excellent organisational and interpersonal skills,
  • a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels

A basic knowledge of SIMS (School Information Management System) would be an advantage although training will be given.

If you would relish the opportunity of working with us, then we would welcome your application.

If you have any queries, please contact the academy via email at: admin@ocacademy.co.uk

The closing date for applications is 23rd August 2024, early applications are encouraged and we reserve the right to close the vacancy early should a suitable candidate be found.
