An exciting opportunity has arisen at Colne Community School for an Associate Teacher to join our staff.

Our school is a community in which we believe everyone, students and staff alike, should have the opportunity to be nourished and grow. Therefore, we are seeking to recruit a proactive and forward thinking member of staff to enrich the skills and experience already present in our Associate Teacher Team. This post is 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time, plus non-pupil days)

A Day in the Life:

You'll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas:

Supervise students engaged in learning activities.
Provide objective and accurate feedback to the teacher on the conduct of the lesson.
Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to child protection, equal opportunities, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
