Attendance Administrator
Pay Scale: H3 (SCP 5 - 6) £23,500 - £23,893 paid pro-rata for hours and weeks worked depending on experience
Hours: 10 hours per week Fixed term contract until July 2024
Weeks: 38 weeks term time only 0.226023 FTE (Inset Days as required)
Actual salary: £5,311.56 - £5,400.39 (includes holiday entitlement)

Person specification
§ Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with a wide range of people
§ Resilient, able to challenge and demonstrate empathy.
§ A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a very busy environment.
§ G ood IT skills including working knowledge of Word, Excel
§ C apacity to be trained in using school MIS system (Bromcom) if no prior experience
§ A bility to raise concerns with senior staff
§ A bility to work with minimal supervision under pressure and as part of a team
§ T he ability to maintain confidentiality
