Attendance Administrator job summary
- 37 hours per week

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic individual for the role of Attendance Administrator to join and support our friendly Attendance Team. The team is made up of an Attendance Manager and a further Attendance Administrator.
The successful candidate will have contact with both pupils and parents, so strong oral and written communication skills are essential. They will have a pro-active approach and will not be afraid to have at times, difficult conversations with families. Attention to detail is vital for the role and experience of working in a school or education environment is desirable. You will liaise with students and families daily and will help ensure the academy adheres to its statutory reporting obligations and ensure the highest standards of attendance safeguarding are followed.
