- Full time: This is a permanent appointment which is subject to a 6-month probationary period. The normal hours of work are 36 hours per week. The position is term time only (which includes 4 training days) and 5 additional days which will need to be worked during the summer holidays. Additional holidays cannot be taken during term time.

In this role, you will:
- Take responsibility for the professional and efficient administration of student attendance and records.
- Liaise with colleagues, parents and external agencies to support student attendance and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
- Play a key part in the daily operations of our busy school office.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is proficient in the use of management information systems and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrates excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Communicates confidently and works well under pressure.
- Is committed to building positive relationships to support student progress.
