What skills and experience we're looking for

The Stephen Longfellow Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Attendance manager. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy - the successful applicant will be expected to manage the day to day running and operations of the attendance team, including the Attendance Officers, ensuring total consistency and efficiency in approach. Rigorously enforce the requirements of the Attendance Policy, ensuring that students are meeting the Academy targets.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • 5+ GCSE A* - C (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics
  • Good ICT skills
  • Knowledge of the social, emotional and mental health needs of young people.
