Breakfast Club Assistant job summary
Monday to Friday- 5 hours in total One hour per day-7.30- 8.30 AM
Key Responsibilities- Welcoming children to Breakfast Club and supporting them in a friendly and caring manner
- Preparing and serving simple breakfast items
- Setting up and clearing the dining/club area
- Supervising children to ensure a safe, calm and enjoyable environment
- Supporting play, social activities and positive behaviour
- Following school policies, including safeguarding and health & safety
- Is warm, patient and approachable
- Enjoys working with children
- Is reliable and organised
- Works well as part of a team
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Has experience in a school or childcare setting (desirable, but not essential—training provided)
