What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an individual who can:

  • demonstrate high standards of teaching and learning
  • have the knowledge and skills to teach in either KS1 or KS2
  • have high expectations, being enthusiastic and committed to raising standards
  • have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and be a good team player
  • demonstrate a positive and understanding approach to children’s social and emotional development which will include setting high standards of behaviour
  • make a positive contribution to the life and work of our school
  • fully support the Christian ethos of our church school
  • meet the many challenges of school life with enthusiasm and a sense of humour
