What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an individual who can:
- demonstrate high standards of teaching and learning
- have the knowledge and skills to teach in either KS1 or KS2
- have high expectations, being enthusiastic and committed to raising standards
- have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and be a good team player
- demonstrate a positive and understanding approach to children’s social and emotional development which will include setting high standards of behaviour
- make a positive contribution to the life and work of our school
- fully support the Christian ethos of our church school
- meet the many challenges of school life with enthusiasm and a sense of humour
