The RoleYou will:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2
- Inspire pupils through creative and well-sequenced learning that builds on prior knowledge
- Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND, EAL and higher attainment
- Promote high standards of behaviour within a caring and inclusive classroom culture
- Assess and respond to pupils’ progress to ensure strong outcomes for all
- Contribute fully to the wider life of the school, including its Catholic ethos and community
