What skills and experience we're looking for

Hillcrest Early Years Academy are looking to recruit an inspirational and aspirational Class Teacher at our welcoming and highly inclusive Infant Academy.

We are seeking to appoint a strong Class Teacher who:

  • Has a proven record of success as a class teacher and expertise in empowering children to make rapid progress.
  • Has energy and enthusiasm
  • Demonstrates optimism about children, believes that all children can achieve and expects the highest possible standards
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and works extremely well as part of a team
  • Nurtures pupils’ emotional wellbeing
  • Thinks deeply about education and is willing to reflect on their practice and develop themselves.
