Class Teacher/Middle Leader - Core Subject Lead – Maths or RE (UPS and/or TLR) job summary

 Millbrook is looking to appoint middle leader in our popular 2FE primary school. This post would suit an experienced teacher who is ready to lead a core subject (maths or RE). The salary will be competitive and reflect the importance of the role within our wider leadership team. 
 

Start date: Ideally September 2021, however current contracts can be honoured and start date negotiated. 

Main Scale Teacher – Class Teacher 

The job description should be read alongside the range of professional standards for Qualified Teachers. The post holder will be expected to undertake duties in line with the professional code of the General Teachers Council for England. 

 

TLR Leader 

The post holder will lead a key area within the school, either maths or RE and contribute to initiatives to improve/develop the school. 

Main Responsibilities 

• Pupils: The pupils in your class
• Staff: Learning Support Assistants in your class
• Curriculum: To deliver the school’s curriculum
•  Ethos: To support and drive the vision and values of the school
