What skills and experience we're looking for
Wilmcote C of E Primary School, part of The Stour Federation, is looking for an excellent, full-time teacher to teach in Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 from 1st September 2025 and we would be keen to hear about your professional experience and what you can offer.
We have received funding for a School-Based Nursery, so are busy refurbishing the existing library to accommodate our smallest children, and are restructuring classes.
We are looking for an inspiring and professionally thoughtful candidate who must be able to use a range of pedagogical techniques and appropriate strategies to meet the needs of all children. You must enjoy working as part of a supportive team who care for each other, our children and our whole community.
To be the successful candidate, you will need to have good experience of working in school, have an excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and be both creative and passionate about learning. You must have high expectations for children's outcomes.

Wilmcote C of E Primary School is based in the beautiful rural village of Wilmcote, the heart of Shakespeare country, just north of Stratford-upon-Avon in Warwickshire. The priority area includes the villages of Wilmcote, Aston Cantlow, Pathlow and Bearley and is easily accessible from Stratford-upon-Avon.
Wilmcote aims to provide a centre for educational excellence for children aged 4 years to 11 years supported by The Stour Federation Multi-Academy Trust.
