The Role
As a Year 1 Classroom Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that secure early reading, writing and mathematics
Support a smooth EYFS-KS1 transition through strong routines and nurture
Work closely with a job-share partner to ensure continuity for pupils and families
Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and support progress
Contribute positively to the wider life of the school
