Classroom Support Assistant job summary

Beaumont Hill Academy currently have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated practitioner to join the team as a Special Needs Classroom Assistants, supporting teaching staff with educational provision of learners.

Job overview

You’ll be responsible for assisting lesson provision, and supervising both on a whole-class and individual basis.

Job requirements


  • Hold a valid first aid certificate or be willing to train as a first aider
  • Experience of class supervision.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be empathetic and understanding to the needs of students
