The Role:

We are seeking an exceptional classroom practitioner with strong Key Stage One experience who has:

    • A proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning.
    • Expertise in phonics, with essential knowledge and practice of Read Write Inc.
    • A commitment to inclusive education, including proven experience working with children with complex SEND needs.
    • A belief in enrichment as essential, not optional - including supporting trips, visits and residentials.
    • The desire to lead or support the leadership of English.
    • A passion for high-quality maths teaching - experience with Maths No Problem is a bonus.

    As part of our recruitment process, we may request the opportunity to observe a lesson within your current school. Lesson observations are expected to take place between Monday 20th - Wednesday 22nd October. Alternatively, an observation will be arranged within King's Lander. Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to attend a final interview on Thursday 23rd October.
