What skills and experience we're looking for
The Trust and Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and inspiring Reception class teacher to join our team of hardworking, dedicated and friendly staff. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning and committed to driving high standards and expectations across the curriculum.
The successful candidate will:
Support and promote our distinctive Catholic ethos and values.
Be an excellent practitioner with high expectations and a commitment to raising
standards.
Inspire, challenge and motivate children within a creative curriculum.
Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and communication skills to
support pupils with different needs and abilities and has high expectations of
learning and behaviour for all.
An eagerness to be involved in all aspects of school life, working in partnership
with parents and other professionals.
Be efficient, flexible, well-organised and an excellent team player.
