Cluster Manager job summary
Are you ready for your next challenge? Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust has created a brand new post of Cluster Manager to lead a small team that provides HR and Finance support for 5 schools. This opportunity gives you the potential to shape the future of operational support both at school level and within the Trust. The five schools are Alderton Infant School, Alderton Junior School, Epping Upland Primary, Ivy Chimneys Primary and Lambourne Primary.
This is a great opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Finance to work with the central team and the headteachers to provide financial and HR support for the schools. The job description lists all the requirements of the job but includes the following:
- Coordination of annual budget of income and expenditure for the academies
- Monitoring the annual budget and presenting management reports to the Headteacher/CFO and LGC, attending relevant meetings as requested and working in collaboration with the Central Team
- Preparation, of long-term assessments of the future financial performance of the academy
- Working with the schools and the Central HR team on recruitment, absence and payroll
- Maintaining the Single Central Record
The successful candidate should be/have:
- Experience in financial management and budgeting
- Experience in HR administration& Recruitment experience.
- Working knowledge of appropriate academy's financial policies and procedures
