What skills and experience we're looking for

A good standard of education to at least Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) is essential.

A qualification relevant to classroom management or curriculum delivery and experience of working with children of a relevant age in a learning environment are desirable.

The ideal candidate would have an understanding of the principles of child development and learning processes and of barriers to learning, as well as some understanding of effective behaviour management strategies.
