Many of our young people have gaps in their education. You will need to have a creative approach to teaching to reduce the impact of educational disadvantage, enabling all our Young People to access learning and make expected progress.

We are looking for two Cover Supervisors, one for Parkway and one for Northfield, ideally with experience in working with SEN young people. The role involves supervising whole classes in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring that the young people engage in the learning activity and that they behave well. We strive to implement creative teaching strategies to reduce the impact of educational disadvantage, enabling all our young people to access learning. You should be passionate about developing and supporting the needs of the whole child and committed to enabling all young people to thrive. We are looking for candidates with at least a Level 3 in a relevant field along with minimum GSCE 4 - 9 in English and Maths, or equivalent.

We offer a full-time curriculum to young people at both Parkway and Northfield. All children join our school having struggled to access mainstream education due to complexities with their mental health (SEMH). They may also have other SEN needs such as Autism and/or ADHD.
