Our school community is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dedicated Deputy Head Teacher to work closely with our Head Teacher in continuing to lead and develop our aspiring school.
You should enjoy teaching and have a proven record of outstanding classroom practice.
This role will be a balance of teaching with sufficient release time to share the leadership of the school.
Our new Deputy will:
*Be an experienced inspiring teacher with experience of both Key Stages and Foundation Stage
*Be able to take a lead on the development of inclusive teaching and learning
*Have a positive “can do” attitude
*Have excellent behaviour management skills
*Be an innovative and strategic thinker with vision, ideas and strong ethics
*Have effective interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire, challenge and motivate the whole school community
