Deputy Head's PA and Office Manager job summary

We are looking for someone who is positive, with a flexible, ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work, at times, under pressure. The applicant should be a team player, with an optimistic, cheerful outlook, have excellent attention to detail and be IT literate. Ideally the successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar role.

In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic assistant to the Deputy Headmaster—overseeing critical compliance areas, school calendar coordination, staff cover management, and digital innovation projects. In addition, you will line-manage Reception, ensuring high standards across our front-of-house operations and central communications.
