Deputy Headteacher job summary

If you want to be part of this new phase in our journey, working in a strong trust with access to well established networks of schools in the JTMAT research hub and across the Teaching Schools, we want to hear from you. You will need to demonstrate strengths in motivating people and holding them to account for outcomes.

You will be expected to have skills and proven experience in:

  • Understanding of barriers to learning and be solution focused in overcoming them
  • Creating strategic plans that set an ambitious vision that enables all children achieve and be happy and safe
  • Leading other professionals to effectively implement change and collaborate successfully to support achievement of the school vision
