At Accomplish Multi Academy Trust, we are looking for an exceptional Director of Education to help shape the next chapter of our story. Working alongside our CEO, Tracy Swinburne OBE, and our dedicated team of school leaders, you will lead trust-wide excellence in teaching, learning and leadership development.
This is a rare opportunity to extend your impact beyond one school- influencing the education and life chances of thousands of children across our family of schools, hub and AGTT training centre.
As our new Director of Education, you will:
• Drive ambitious standards in teaching, learning and curriculum across all schools.
• Inspire and develop current and future leaders to build sustainable improvement.
• Lead with vision, courage and compassion to secure the best outcomes for every child.
• Strengthen collaboration and professional learning through our Accomplishing Great Things Together programmes.
• Shape and extend our national influence through the Jerry Clay English Hub.
This is an exciting next step for a school leader ready to move from leading a school to
leading across schools - combining strategic influence with hands-on partnership work.
