What skills and experience we're looking for
- Knowledge and understanding of teaching and learning in the EYFS
- Child centred ethos
- Understanding of the learning cycle and the need for a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum.
- Use of assessment to inform learning and target setting.
- Commitment to teaching and learning at a consistently good level with ambition to be outstanding
- Commitment to involvement in the life of the school and curriculum enhancement.
- Ability to work as a member of a team with shared responsibility for effective practice within the EYFS unit.
- High level ICT and enthusiasm for the development of learning through ICT
- Communication with wide range of stake holders and external services
- Ability to plan effective and relevant cross curricular links
- Good time management
